Payment terms
You can choose between the following payment methods:
– payment with direct bank transfer.: make your payment directly into our bank account. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.
– Western Union
– payment with PayPal: your bank or credit card details are recorded by PayPal upon registration.
All payments shall be made in EURO.

APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting MAGMOV, you agree that the laws of the Georgia, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and MAGMOV or its associates.
DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to MAGMOV or to products you purchase through MAGMOV shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Georgia.
Delivery Time
Your order will be shipped when the payment is made and the funds have cleared in our account.
A typical delivery time for a single unit is shown on the Product details (Up to 30-35 days). The actual delivery time varies based on the amount of units ordered, manufacturing, availability in the stock, weather condition, transportation issues, customs clearance etc. The actual delivery time will be confirmed on a separate order acknowledgement to the e-mail address provided in the order.
Claim for Loss, Damage, or Delay
Within 24 hours customer has to notify to us and it must be documented by sending to us all relevant information about any kind damages, loss and delays. We are not obligated to act on any claim until all the charges have been paid;
If the recipient accepts the shipment without noting any damage on the delivery record, we will assume the shipment was delivered in good condition. In order for us to consider a claim for damage, the contents, original shipping cartons, and packing must be available to us for inspection.
Return & Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 24 hours to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
In case of delay for more than 60 days since the order has been made customer can ask for the refund. The procedure will start in 3 working days.
If you request a refund, the purchase price will be refunded to you using the original payment method.

The procedure of refund needs 7-10 working days. The time for the refund may vary due to public holidays, quantity of requests, company’s policy etc.
